Prof. Yichuan Zhao, Georgia State University, USA
Yichuan Zhao is a Professor of Statistics at Georgia State University in Atlanta. He has a joint appointment as Associate Member of the Neuroscience Institute and he is also an affiliated faculty member of School of Public Health at Georgia State University. His current research interest focuses on Survival Analysis, Empirical Likelihood Method, Non-parametric Statistics, Statistical Analysis of ROC Curves, Bio-informatics, Monte Carlo Methods, and Statistical Modeling of Fuzzy Systems. He has published about 90 research articles in statistics, has co-edited two books on statistics, bio-statistics & data science, and has been invited to deliver more than 170 research talks nationally and internationally. Dr. Zhao has organized the Workshop Series on Biostatistics and Bioinformatics since its initiation in 2012. He also organized the 25th ICSA Applied Statistics Symposium in Atlanta as a chair of the organizing committee to great success. He is currently serving as associate editor, or on the editorial board, for several statistical journals. Dr. Zhao is an elected member of the International Statistical Institute.
Prof. Yilun Shang, Northumbria University, United Kingdom
Yilun Shang is an Associate Professor with Northumbria University. He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, in 2005 and 2010, respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow with University of Texas at San Antonio, Singapore University of Technology and Design, Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, he was an Associate Professor with Tongji University. He worked as an Essex International Visiting Fellow in 2017 in University of Essex. His research interests include complex networks, complex systems, applied probability, combinatorics, algorithms and computation. He is the recipient of 2016 Dimitrie Pompeiu Prize and is on the Editorial Boards of several international journals including Scientific Reports (Nature), European Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics, IEEE Access, KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems. He received the Open Arms Grant from International Congress of Mathematicians 2018.

Dr Zongwei Luo is a researcher and an Associate Professor of Computer Science in SUSTECH. His main research fields include Big data analytics, FinTech, Smart City and Industry Internet, with notable achievements in the areas including ISM/TISM/SEM analysis, ensemble clustering, intelligent optimization, dynamic pricing, and digital product design. Dr. Luo is a leading scholar in the field of big data and FinTech. He is the founding Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Applied Logistics, and guest editor for IJIM, ISF, and ANOR. Dr. Luo was a guest professor of Xiamen University. He published extensively with more than 100 papers in top international journals and leading conferences including JCLP, PPC, IJIM, ANOR, EJOR, FGCS, IEEE TEM, Information sciences, NCAA, Journal of knowledge Management, Management decisions, ISF, Renewable and sustainable energy reviews. Dr. Luo has received awards including best paper award in IEEE Conference on E-Business Eningeering, and Emerald Research Award.
Prof. Ying Ma, Xiamen University of Technology, China
Ying Ma is an Associate Professor with Xiamen University of Technology. He is the Deputy Director of Key Laboratory of Data Mining and Intelligent Recommendation, Fujian Province University. He received the Distinguished Young Scholar Career Awards from Fujian Province. He is awarded several grants including National Nature Science Foundation of China. He graduated in Computer Science in June 2008 and received his PhD degree in computer systems. He is Associate Professor of Software Engineering at the Xiamen University of Technology, presently at the Department of Computer and Information Engineering. He has more than a decade of experience in research and teaching in Software Engineering and Modeling Algorithm fields. He has published over 30 papers in top conferences and journals. His paper has been ranked as the 3rd most cited articles in information and software technology articles list (Elsevier). He has served on the editorial boards of Journal of Software Engineering，IJCSE，SCIREA Journal of Computer etc. He serves as the reviewer for IEEE Trans. and Information sciences.
Dr. Hui Sun, Academy of OPTO-Electronics, Chinese Academy of Science, BeiJing, China
Hui Sun received his M.S. in optics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2002 and his Ph.D. in physics from the Ruprecht-Karls-University in Heidelberg, Germany, in 2006. From 2006 to 2011, he did his postdoctoral training at the University of California, Irvine, USA. Currently, he is a full-time professor at the Academy of Opto-Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. His research interests are all-solid-state femtosecond lasers and femtosecond-laser eye surgery. His group is currently focused on an ytterbium (Yb) all-solid-state femtosecond laser that operates near 1030 nm and is useful for cornea and lens surgery. His group is also studying the fundamental interactions of a highintensity femtosecond laser with eye tissues.

Prof. Peng Lu, Central South University, China
Professor Peng Lu received his PhD degree in 2014 from Tsinghua University, China. From 2014 to 2016, he worked as an Assistant Researcher (post-doc fellow) at Department of Automation, Tsinghua University. Since 2016, he has been working as Professor of Sociology at the School of Public Administration, Central South University (China). He conducts interdisciplinary researches ranging from social sciences (sociology, management, politics, economics, and communications) and natural sciences (control, automation, computer sciences). Since 2015, he has published 15 SCI/SSCI indexed papers. He has headed and completed various research projects from the National Social Science Foundation of China (Major Project, Chief Expert), the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Beijing Social Science Foundation, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, etc.
Prof. Bin Liu, Nanjing Medical University, China
Dr. Bin Liu is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Nanjing Medical University, a faculty member of Key Laboratory of Clinical and Medical Engineering and member of youth committee of digital medical association of Chinese medical association. Dr. Liu received his B.E. and M.E. degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao, and his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering at Southeast University under the tutelage of Dr. Nongyue He. Dr. Liu research interest is in molecular detection of major diseases and detection equipment, wearable physiological signal monitoring and rehabilitation robot research. Dr. Liu has published more than 20 articles in peer-reviewed journals such as J. Biomed. Nanotechnol., J Nanobiotechnol., and Coordin. Chem. Rev. He (co-)invented High-throughput SNP detection system, rapid identification system for microorganisms. Dr. Liu is interested with many aspects of nanotechnology innovations, including high-sensitivity pathogen detection, drug-loaded nano-system, novel nanomaterial and nanosensors.
Prof. Quanxin Zhu, Hunan Normal University, China
Quanxin Zhu received the Ph.D. degree from Sun Yatsen (Zhongshan) University, Guangzhou, China, in 2005. From July 2005 to May 2009, he was with the South China Normal University. From June 2009 to June 2012, he was with the Ningbo University. From July 2012 to May 2018, he was a Professor of Nanjing Normal University. He is currently a Professor of Hunan Normal University, and he has obtained the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation of Germany. Professor Zhu is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Mathematical Problems in Engineering, Journal of Applied Mathematics, Research in Applied Mathematics, the Journal of Transnational Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, and Journal of Advances in Applied Mathematics and he is a Reviewer of Mathematical Reviews and Zentralblatt Math. Also, Professor Zhu is a Senior Member of the IEEE and he is the Lead Guest Editor of "Recent Developments on the Stability and Control of Stochastic Systems" in Mathematical Problems and its Applications in Engineering. His research interests include random processes, stochastic control, stochastic differential equations, stochastic partial differential equations, stochastic stability, nonlinear systems, Markovian jump systems, and stochastic complex networks.
Prof. Zhixiao Wang, Xi'an University of Technology, China
Zhixiao WANG, Male, Associate Professor, received his Ph.D. degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2014, M.S. degree from Xi'an University of Technology in 2004, and B.S. degree from Shijiazhuang Economic University in 2000, all in computer science. He works at the Xi’an University of Technology and he is a postdoctoral fellow and a visiting scholar at the University of Goettingen in Germany during from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, he, funded by EU Erasmus Mundus, also studied at the University of Goettingen during from 2010 to 2011. He focuses on protocols modeling and security in self-organized networks but also interests the IoTs, big data analysis, and machine learning etc.
Prof. Yingxue Zhao, University of International Business and Economics, China
Yingxue Zhao received his Ph.D. degree in Management Sciences and Engineering from the Institute of Systems Science, Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2010. He is currently a professor of Supply Chain Management at the School of International Trade and Economics of the University of International Business and Economics. He has received some academic awards including the “Outstanding Paper Award” awarded by IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics (SMC) and the “Excellent Research Award for Scientific Research of Universities (Humanities and Social Sciences)” awarded by the Ministry of Education of China. His research interests mainly focus on Supply Chain Management, particularly on Supply Chain Contract. He has published more than 40 papers in journals including Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research, Annals of Operations Research and so on.
Prof. Lulu Wang, Hefei University of Technology, China
Lulu Wang is currently an Associate Professor of the School of Instrument Science and Opto-electronics Engineering at the Hefei University of Technology, China. She is also an Honorary Research Fellow at the Institute of Biomedical Technologies, Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. She holds a Ph.D. and M.E. (first class honors) from the Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand and a B.E. (honours) from the Manukau Institute of Technology, New Zealand. Lulu’s research focuses on electromagnetic theory and imaging, respiratory diseases detection technologies and medical devices. She is the First Author of more than 60 peer-reviewed publications, including 2 ASME books, 5 book chapters, and 7 patents. She is a member of several professional societies, including ASME, IEEE, AAAS, PSNZ, and IPNZ. Lulu currently serves as a session/topic/track chair/technical committee member of several leading international conferences, including ASME IMECE, ICPSDD, ICCEES, ICESEE, ISCRT. She also serves as an editor/reviewer board member for some well established journals in her research field.
Dr. José Joaquim De Moura Ramos, Department of Computer Science, University of A Coruña, Spain
Joaquim de Moura received his degree in Computer Engineering in 2014 from the University of A Coruña (Spain). In 2016, he received his M.Sc degree in Computer Engineering from the same University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence in a collaborative project between ophthalmology centers in Galicia and the University of A Coruña. He is also currently a researcher in the Varpa group affiliated to the Centre for Information and Communications Technology Research (CITIC). He has worked as a visiting researcher at the Centre for Biomedical Engineering Research (C-BER) affiliated to the Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering, Technology and Science (INESC-TEC). He serves as a member of the review committee of some well-established journals in his field of research. He also serves in the technical and organizational committees of many reputed conferences. He has published more than 35 peer-reviewed publications, including Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine, Biomedical Optics Express, Machine Vision and Applications, Medical & Biological Engineering & Computing, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, among others.
Dr. Pisutti Dararutana, Royal Thai Army Chemical Department, Thailand
Colonel Dr. Pisutti Dararutana is a Retired Army Officer. He has completed his B.Sc. in Physics, a M.Sc. in Applied Physics, and a Ph.D. in Materials Science on 1980, 1999 and 2009, respectively. He worked at the Royal Thai Army Chemical Department between 1981 and 2019. He researched and developed in the areas of Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear equipment, military pyrotechnics/explosives and other military equipment. From 1994 to 2011, he has studied on archaeological materials, especially about glass, glass bead, pottery, metals, etc. by using microanalysis techniques. Furthermore, he has also studied on environmental health such as activated carbon used as gas absorber and asbestos in talc powder. Since 2005, he has studied about explosives based on X-ray spectroscopy, especially in characterization and identification. From 2017, he has begun to study about archaeological material characterization again. He has published more than 30 papers with an international journals.
Dr. Altan Onat, Eskisehir Technical University, Turkey
Altan Onat recevied his B.Sc. degrees in electrical–electronics and mechanical engineering from Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Turkey in 2009 and 2010, respectively. He received his M.Sc. degree in electrical–electronics engineering from Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Turkey in 2012 and his Ph.D. degree in transport means and diagnostics from University of Pardubice, Czechia in 2017. His research interests include condition monitoring, state and parameter estimation for railway vehicles, railway vehicle dynamics and control applications. Dr. Zul-atfi is working as a senior lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) under the Civil Engineering Division, School of Environmental Engineering. He has been actively conducting research in the field of Building Information Modelling in the national and international level. His experience in precast building industry and Building Information Modelling (BIM) modeller is essential to link academic research with industrial practicality. His expertise in defect diagnosis, BIM and Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) – both linked to precast concrete buildings respectively, meanwhile his research with industrial partners won several national awards in the areas of Construction Innovation and Technology.
